If your package is stuck at the “Import Declaration” stage, the reason cannot be identified from the customs tracking details alone. However, for foreign nationals, clearance often fails due to personal information errors.
You’ll need to contact the customs clearance company directly.
You can find their contact information by entering your tracking number at the top of the page — it will appear in the middle section of the results screen.
